For everyone’s comfort, please remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving the house.

2. Close the door firmly until it clicks.
3. Turn the program selector to your preferred cycle (e.g., Eco 50°).
4. Press the left button (below the screen).
5. Press Start (hold for 3 seconds).

1. Unlock the hob by holding the lock icon (🔒) for a few seconds.
2. Turn it on by pressing and holding the round power button (⭘).
3. Tap the desired burner to activate it.
4. Adjust the heat using the lower bar (+ / –).

For a standard wash, turn the dial so the line on the knob points to the center position (Eco 40–60).

Yes, for your security, a new code is generated for every reservation.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

Check-in is fully automated. A unique smart lock code is generated for each reservation and sent before your arrival. Once inside, you will find a full set of keys for the house.

Yes, a safe box is available for your personal belongings and valuables.

The first aid kit is in the top drawer in the bathroom.

To avoid attracting ants and other insects, please do not leave food uncovered or unattended anywhere in the villa — including the kitchen, floors, terrace, or pool area.

👉 If you happen to see ants, you will find an ant spray under the kitchen sink. Please use it with care when needed.

Small pets may be accepted upon request. Please contact us before your stay to confirm. Service animals are always allowed.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Barbecues are not permitted until a built-in outdoor barbecue is installed.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the house.

Yes, please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Please shower outdoors before entering (without soap). Do not pour liquids or substances into the pool.

Yes, twice a week a staff member will come for approximately 2 hours to clean the pool and water the plants, especially during summer.

Please close them in the evening or during bad weather to avoid damage.

 Yes, please cover the outdoor furniture in case of rain. This helps protect and maintain everything in good condition for everyone’s use.
